Minimum stay
The minimum stay for weekends will be two nights. In bank holidays, summer, and Christmas, consult us. If you can only spend one night, contact us some days before and if it is possible, we could make an exception.
Check-in and check-out hours
The check-in hour is from 4 pm and the chek-out hour is at 11 am. You can consult us if you need to leave later.
Booking
You will have to pay in advance the 50 % of the reservation price.This payment can be done by bank transfer after the reservation.
The other part will be paid after your stay, by cash.
Cancelation Costs
Extra costs will not be charged as long as the reservation is cancelled 15 days before the arrival date. If you cancel when this period of time is finished, the owner may take the payment or keep it for a future stay.

*The extra cost of the kitchen is only charged if you use the ceramic stove or the oven, that is, the fridge, the microwave and the dishwasher are free. Our guests are asked to leave the kitchen as clean as they found it. It is necessary to consult the possibility of using the kitchen during breakfast time.
**Breakfast for adults include coffee, milk, Cola-Cao, toasts with butter, jam or oil, and yogurt with muesli and fruit. Breakfastt is served from 9 am to 10.30 am.
* You are allowed to have lunch only in the common kitchen. It is forbidden to eat in other rooms.
Cleaning
We do not clean the rooms every day, unless the guests ask for it (consult prices per day). The guest can also ask for daily towel change.
Room cleaning (including sheets and towels change) will be done at mid stay for reservations of five or more nights, unless the guest requests otherwise. It is included in the reservation price.
Solar panels and heating
The hot water system works through solar panels in summer, and a wood-fired boiler in winter, so that hot water will be available from 7pm. We ask you not to overuse it in order to guatantee that all our guests can use it. The heating is not automatic; the boiler will be turned on at lunchtime and it will be working the whole evening. Our guests can regulate the temperature of the bedroom with the radiator thermostat.
Pets
Dogs are allowed, with an extra cost of 5 euros per day. They can stay in the bedroom and if they are going to stay in the common areas, the other families have to agree.
Pilgrims Offer
We are pilgrims and you will be welcome in our home.
If you need to take a break along the way, to rest in a cozy place with comfortable beds and good food, we can pick you up by car in Estella or nearby villages without an extra cost. We can also take you bake when you request.
Workshops and events
If the house is not completely rented, we may organise workshops, which will be published on 'activities'. You can join the workshops even if you do not stay in the house. We may organise a family yoga workshop with Wlisa Terroba, on request.
If you want to celebrate a birthday party, a meal with friends, or an intimate wedding, we offer spacious facilities for the event. We can organise it.
